Not every app you open on your phone does the same job it does on a computer. For working in the field, you mainly need:
- An invoice in under a minute. A client filled in automatically from the ARES public business registry using their business ID number, line items from a saved price list, a QR payment code, and sending it by email or as a link to a web invoice that you can share over WhatsApp or text message too.
- Photographing a receipt with automatic recognition. You photograph the receipt with your phone, and details — the supplier, the amount, the VAT rate, the date — are read off it automatically.
- An overview of who has not paid. So you do not have to ask a client from memory.
- A reminder in one tap. Without writing a polite message from scratch every time.
- Access with no install and no upfront payment. On a job site, you do not want to be downloading anything from an app store or entering a payment card.
A native app, or a web app on your home screen?

Adding Taxorio to your phone's home screen

- iPhone: open Taxorio in Safari, tap Share, and choose Add to Home Screen. Other iOS browsers, such as Chrome or Edge, do not offer this option — use Safari.

Receipts in the field: getting them into Taxorio

- and if you lose your phone, change your account password on another device as soon as you can, ideally before you even report the phone lost to your mobile carrier.
