Taxorio's plans
Taxorio offers two plans — Free for self-employed people (OSVČ) just starting out with a smaller invoicing volume, and Pro for active freelancers and companies with no limits.
Free plan
The Free plan is entirely free and needs no payment card. It suits people who are just starting out or who invoice occasionally.
- 2 invoices per month — a regular or a proforma invoice. Follow-up documents don't count against the limit and aren't blocked by it: the tax document for a received payment, the final invoice and the corrective document (credit note) can all be issued even with the quota used up.
- 5 documents per month (expenses).
- AI recognition: 5×/month for documents.
- AI accounting advisor: 20 messages/month (queries to the AI assistant).
- PDF invoices with QR payment (the footer carries a small note "Issued using Taxorio.cz" — this disappears on the Pro plan).
- Web invoice — sharing a document via a public link.
- Unlimited ARES/VIES auto-fill.
- An unlimited number of clients in your address book.
- Templates for recurring line items (price list).
- Proforma invoices (within the 2-invoice limit) and unlimited follow-up documents for them — the tax document for the payment, the final invoice, the credit note.
- Flat-rate tax regime (§2a ZDP) — tracking the band limit, advances and the tax calendar.
- A downloadable income and expense ledger (a ZIP with two CSV files — income and expenses, the basis for your income tax return).
- Email support with a response time of up to 5 business days.
The Free plan does not include XML exports for the Tax Administration (DP3, KH1, DPFO XML) or connecting AI assistants via the MCP connector. Mobile scanning via QR code does work on the Free plan — it uses up your monthly quota of 5 AI scans.
Pro plan
The Pro plan removes every limit and adds advanced features for an active business.
- Unlimited invoices per month.
- Unlimited documents per month.
- AI recognition: up to 150 scans/month.
- AI accounting advisor: up to 200 queries/month — ask the AI assistant without worrying about the limit.
- Mobile receipt scanning with QR code from your phone.
- XML exports for EPO — VAT return (DP3), VAT control statement (KH1), income tax return (DPFO).
- Flat-rate tax regime (§2a ZDP) — same as on Free, with no limits.
- MCP integration — connect AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and others) to your data.
- Accountant export (Pohoda, Money S3) — an export for accounting software, as XML, covering invoices and expenses for your accountant.
- Automatic payment matching from email, matched against issued invoices.
- Automatic reminders — a cascade of reminders for unpaid invoices, plus a custom schedule for a specific invoice.
- Recurring invoices — a template with a frequency from monthly to yearly that issues the invoice (and, if you choose, sends it to the client) on its own.
- Collector email for documents — AI extracts forwarded invoices and receipts and files them into the document inbox.
- Invoices without the Taxorio footer (PDF and web link).
- Priority support with a response time of up to 24 hours.
- Early access to new features, ahead of Free plan users.
How to upgrade to Pro
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Go to PRO.
- Choose a billing period — monthly (CZK 69), quarterly (CZK 189, an 8% saving) or yearly (CZK 690 — 2 months free). Prices exclude VAT.
- Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions (and to immediate access to the service) — the button won't let you continue without it.
- Click Pay by card and enter your card details in Stripe's secure form — no other payment method (bank transfer, invoice) is offered for the subscription yet.
- Once paid, you're back in Taxorio and the Pro plan is active immediately.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time, with no penalty. After cancelling, Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Switch to FREE plan.
- Confirm by choosing Yes, switch to FREE. Once the paid period ends, the account switches to the Free plan automatically — your data stays intact.
Before the paid period ends, you can change your mind — a Renew PRO subscription button appears in Settings → Subscription, and payments will carry on.
💡 Tip: Before cancelling, download all your tax exports (VAT return, control statement) if you might need them later — XML exports aren't available once you've switched to the Free plan.
Subscription billing
- Monthly billing — CZK 69/month, charged every month on the activation date.
- Quarterly billing — CZK 189/quarter (CZK 63/month), charged once every 3 months. An 8% saving.
- Yearly billing — CZK 690/year (CZK 57.50/month), a single payment. You pay for just 10 monthly payments — 2 months are on us.
- All prices exclude VAT.
- Receipts for the subscription, and changing your card, are in the Stripe customer portal — open it in Settings → Subscription with the Manage payment method button.
