Three PDF templates
Taxorio offers three professional templates for PDF invoices. All of them contain a tax document's mandatory particulars, the payment QR code and your logo — they only differ in the visual treatment.
- Aurora — a card layout with a bold, coloured header (the document number and key dates at a glance), supplier and client cards, and a coloured "Total due" stripe. The default template.
- Modern — a colourful, modern look with solid coloured blocks (cards, the payment stripe).
- Classic — a clear, structured layout with vertical coloured section labels (Identification, Payment, Items, Summary) and a bold payment stripe carrying the QR code.
Where to set the template
- Open Settings → Invoicing.
- In the PDF template section, pick Aurora, Modern, or Classic — a live preview appears on the right, reacting to your logo, chosen colour and the QR code.
- Save. The template applies to every newly generated PDF invoice.
💡 Tip: You can change the template and the colour any time. The change takes effect on newly downloaded PDFs; invoices already issued and downloaded keep their original look.
Colour scheme
You can further adjust the look of any template with a colour scheme — pick from the ready-made palettes (Indigo, Teal, Rose, Blue, Slate), or choose a custom colour. The colour carries through to the headings, the payment stripe and the invoice's colour accents.
Logo
A logo uploaded under Settings → Company details appears in the invoice header next to your details. We accept PNG or JPG up to 2 MB, with a recommended size of 400 × 200 px or larger; the logo is automatically shrunk to fit the header while keeping its aspect ratio.
⚠️ Careful: Neither a stamp nor a signature is inserted on invoices — an electronic PDF invoice has the same legal validity without either.
