What the price list is
The price list is a set of preset items with prices that you invoice again and again. If you keep issuing similar services or products, the price list saves you time — when invoicing, you just pick the item from the list instead of typing it out every time.
The price list is one shared list for your whole account — it isn't tied to a specific client, and you can't have different prices for different customers. Saved items are available when invoicing anyone; you adjust an individual price directly on the invoice line.
Where to set up the price list
- Go to Settings → Price list.
- Click + Add item.
Adding an item to the price list
Each price list item has these fields:
- Name — the description of the service or product (e.g. "Development — hourly rate", "Logo design").
- Price (CZK) — the price per unit. If you're not a VAT payer, this is the final price.
- Unit — e.g. hr, pc, day, mo. Shows up on the invoice next to the quantity.
- VAT rate — this field only shows up for VAT payers; a non-payer or an identified person doesn't see it (they aren't allowed to state Czech VAT on an issued invoice). The chosen rate also pre-fills on the invoice line.
How the price list is used when invoicing
When creating an invoice, you can reach for a saved price list item in the Items section instead of typing one by hand.
- In the Items section of the invoice, click From price list.
- Pick a saved item in the window — it's inserted into the invoice with its saved name, price and unit.
- Adjust the quantity and any individual price changes directly on the invoice line.
In that same window you can also add, edit or delete an item right away — no need to leave for Settings just for that.
Benefits for recurring invoices
The price list is especially useful if you:
- Issue monthly retainer invoices with the same set of items.
- Invoice recurring services at fixed prices.
- Want a quick overview of your standard rates, always on hand.
You can also edit or delete an item in Settings → Price list — click the pencil or trash icon next to the item.
