Tips for asking specific questions

The AI assistant works best when your questions are specific. General recommendations:

  • Narrow down the time period — instead of "this year", try "for 2026" or "for Q1 2026".
  • Name specific clients or invoices — "invoices for ABC s.r.o." works better than "invoices for big clients".
  • Ask one thing at a time — combining several questions in one message can lead to an imprecise answer.
  • For legislative questions, describe your situation — "I'm a non-VAT payer, self-employed (OSVČ), a programmer — how do I claim flat-rate expenses?"
💡 Tip: If the answer isn't accurate, try rephrasing the question or splitting it into several steps. The assistant picks up context from the conversation — build on its previous answers.
💡 Creating and editing records through AI: On the Free plan, the assistant only reads your data. On the PRO plan, it can also suggest actions — issue an invoice, mark it as paid, cancel it, send it by email, send a reminder, attach a document from Taxorio to it, create, edit or delete a client and an expense, pause and resume a recurring invoice schedule, and update your company settings — but always only after you confirm with a button. Steps with a bigger tax impact are not something the assistant does: you issue a proforma invoice, confirm a received advance payment, issue a final invoice, a corrective tax document, or a credit note refund ("Payment refunded") in the app itself, and the same goes for creating or editing a recurring invoice schedule. To control Taxorio with commands from an external AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Cline…), use the MCP integration, also on the PRO plan.
⚠️ Note: The AI assistant provides informational support, not legally binding tax advice. For complex tax decisions, always consult a tax advisor or accountant.
